Application Requirements

You may register any time between 10am and 4pm Monday to Thursday.

You will need to bring with you:

  1. Your Current CV
  2. Passport with work permit if needed  ( Bring originals for cross-checking )
  3. Two passport-sized photographs ( needed for reference checks and interviews )
  4. Contact names and business address of two referees at management level for whom you have worked during the last two years
  5. Certificates of training ( Health & Safety, Manual Handling, etc. dated within the last twelve months ). NVQs in Health and Social Care
  6. Full bank details and National Insurance Number
  7. Two proof of address ( Utility bills, Driving Licence etc )
  8. Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau
  9. For staff intending to Nurse or Care for the Mentally iII, certificates of Control & Restraint dated within the last twelve months
  10. Driving Licence (if you have one)

IT IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE AGENCY THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO READ, SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH LANGUAGE.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU BRING ALL REQUESTED DOCUMENTATION WITH YOU WHEN YOU COME TO REGISTER. OUR CONSULTANTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER YOU WITHOUT THEM.
