- DBS- A registered body for Disclosure and Barring Service to make safer recruitment decisions and prevent unsuitable people from working with vulnerable groups, including children.
- Provision of service with the framework of the care standards Act 2000 and the National Minimum Standard Regulations
- Provision of consistent, high quality service to all users groups regardless of ethnicity, culture, race, gender, sexuality, disability or religion.
- Provision of 24 hour helpline, 7 days a week at short notice.
- Provision of temporary and permanent placements, i.e. registered managers, social workers, healthcare assistants, support workers, managers, deputy managers and domestics.
- Confidentiality clause to protect clients and residents.
- 7 day turnaround for any concern or complain.
